History
Webartisan.biz was established by John Simmer in 2003 under the already formed company Simmer Entertainment. Initial focus was on the design of related company websites followed by freelance web design.
In 2001 a long term relationship was formed with several grant projects at Concordia University St. Paul MN to provide their online presence. The primary organization in this group is "The Center For Inclusive Child Care" (CICC) - featured in the portfolio section.
In 2003 development of an online distance learning/training platform for instructor lead distance education was completed for the Minnesota Child Resource and Referral Network (MN CCR&R). Development continues on this robust learning environment that serves as the training tool for large numbers of professionals in the early childhood and school-age care fields.
In 2006 Web Learning Solutions Inc. was formed for the development and sale of online learning platforms for business and education.
